So many people who ride bicycles never stretch because they claim there is not enough time. Well, in my first instructional yoga video I offer a few stretches that you can sneak into your ride at red lights. I also show several simple yoga poses that you can do before you hop on your bicycle. Downward facing dog using your bicycle is one of my favorites.
Please remember to try these stretches one or two times before you test them out on the road. Also, stay present by keeping track of traffic, pedestrians and fellow bike riding folks.
